Ingredients:
- 1 package Mama Alana’s Pantry Gluten-Free Vegan Pizza Dough Mix
- 1-2 tablespoons stick butter, sliced into thin slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare the pizza crust according to the instructions on the package. Let it rise for ten minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
3. After the dough has risen, bake it for 8 minutes on 425°F (220°C).
4. Once baked, remove the crust from the oven. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the crust.
5. Arrange the butter slices over the seasoned crust, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.
7. Return the prepared bread to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and reaches your desired level of golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
9. Serve alone or with your favorite dip.
