At Mama Alana's Pantry, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping for all our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1.  Processing Time: our Mixes and Fresh Baked orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If your item is backordered we will contact you. 

**Please note that if you order more than one product, your items may come from different locations. This means you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Rest assured, each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you once it ships. If you receive a package that seems to be missing items, don't worry—they are on their way separately.

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery on items that are not our Mixes or Fresh Baked Items. Expedited shipping is not available for certain products.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. During checkout, you can select from standard, expedited, or priority shipping, depending on your preference and urgency.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited and priority shipping options are available for faster delivery.

5. International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

7. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

8. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

9. Shipping Damage or Loss: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not throw packages or anything away. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory outcome.

Fresh Baked Items and PreOrder Items

Please note that preorder items are non-returnable and non-refundable, a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship and personalized attention that goes into every batch.

For local pickup orders, we will reach out to you promptly to schedule a convenient pickup time. Kindly provide your email and phone number at checkout to facilitate this process seamlessly.

For those opting for shipping, trust in our commitment to preserving the integrity of your order. While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives in good condition, please understand that, regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for any damage that may occur during transit. However, be assured that we go above and beyond to safeguard your shipment, minimizing the risk of any mishaps along the way.

In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect or undeliverable address provided, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery. 

For perishable items, it is particularly important to ensure that someone is available to receive the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for failed deliveries under these circumstances. We kindly ask that you double-check your delivery address and ensure someone is present if needed such as a business or apartment building etc to accept your shipment to avoid any issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If any of your items are damaged during shipment, please send us a photo and let us know within 5 days of receiving it. We will address the issue promptly.
