What You’ll Need:
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the dry mix, forming a well in the center.

2. Add the vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla into the well.

3. Mix until just combined using a fork or mixer—do not overbeat.

4. Gently fold with a spatula until the batter is smooth and fully incorporated.

5. For cupcakes: Line and lightly grease cupcake liners. For cakes: Grease your pan(s).

6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes in an 8" pan. For cupcakes or smaller pans, begin checking at 20-25 minutes using a toothpick—bake until it comes out clean.
