Ingredients: Non-GMO Cornstarch, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Yeast, Sugar, Salt

📝 Recipe for 1 Pizza Crust:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for pan and dough)

📝 Recipe for 2 Pizza Crusts:
- 2 cups warm water
- 5 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for pan and dough)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Dissolve sugar in warm water, sprinkle yeast, and let it foam for 5 minutes.
3. Mix in the rest of the mix and oil for 3-5 minutes.
4. Oil pans, spread dough, and let rise (optional).
5. Bake for 8 minutes.
6. Add sauce and toppings, then bake for another 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
7. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
