Ingredients: Non-GMO Cornstarch, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda (no aluminum), Salt

**At home ingredients and instructions for Large Cake Mix (2 -8 or 9 inch round cakes or 24 cupcakes):

- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Cold Water
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

**Instructions:

1. Put dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a hole in the middle. Then add wet ingredients.

2. Mix well with a fork but do not beat. Then use a spatula and fold it till it’s well mixed.

3. Grease two 8” round pans or a cupcake pan lined with parchment cupcake liners.

4. Put the cake mix inside the pan and spread it around to make it as even as possible.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes for the 8” round pans or cupcakes. Look after 25 minutes and check with a toothpick.

**At home ingredients and instructions for Small Cake Mix (12 cupcakes or 1 -8 to 9 inch pan):

- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

**Instructions:

1. Put dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a hole in the middle. Then add wet ingredients.

2. Mix well with a fork but do not beat. Then use a spatula and fold it till it’s well mixed.

3. Grease an 8 to 9 inch pan or a cupcake pan lined with parchment cupcake liners.

4. Put the cake mix inside the pan and spread it around to make it as even as possible.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes for the 8 to 9 inch pan or cupcakes. Check with a toothpick after 20 minutes.
