Ingredients:
Non-GMO Cornstarch, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda (no aluminum), Salt,

What You’ll Need:
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, add the dry mix and form a well in the center.

2. Add vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla into the well.

3. Mix until just combined using a fork or mixer—do not overbeat.

4. Gently fold with a spatula until smooth and fully incorporated.

5. Grease an 8”–9” pan or line cupcake pans with parchment liners.

6. Pour batter evenly into the pan.

7. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes. Begin checking at 20 minutes with a toothpick—bake until it comes out clean.
