- At home ingredients required and baking instructions 1 loaf:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 1/2 TBL apple cider vinegar
- 3 1/2 TBL avocado oil or your favorite oil- I use avocado
- 2 cups warm water
- Recipe works best with Our Loaf Pan with Lid. External Size: 8.27x4.80x4.53 inch; Interior size: 7.5x4x4.4 inch
- In mixer bowl put sugar then warm water and sprinkle yeast on top
- After yeast gets foamy add rest of ingredients
- Then while using your mixer with the kneading hook knead for five minutes scrape sides as needed
- While your mixer is kneading oil your pans and heat up oven add parchment insert if you’d like.
- Put mix in pan. Spread it out as even as you can. If you’d like brush a little oil on the top.
- Once rises close to the top then close the lid slowly, wait one minute and carefully put in the oven **do not let it get to the top and over flow **rising doesn’t take long approximately 10-15 minutes
- Bake for 50 minutes if you want to take the lid off to brown the top do for the last 5-10 more minutes
- Take out, flip upside down on a cutting board, lift off pan and cool then cut
- Store in a airtight container for up to 3 days on counter and up to 5 days in the fridge and enjoy 💖
